3. Counter-Notification

• Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.

• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or where your service provider is located) and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the DMCA notice.

4. Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website for users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
5. Good Faith Policy
